Liza Minnelli won't get to pull an Ozzy.

"With a Z" has apparently filed a 23 million dollar lawsuit against VH1 for not going ahead with a reality TV show based on her life. 

Perhaps there wasn't enough swearing? Drugs? Entertainment?
