OK, we're tired of ragging on states...

Here's a good state: Minnesota. It's governor, Mark Dayton, is a billionaire. But surprise!

He raised taxes on the rich, and raised the minimum wage.  And more things Congress would tell you are a danger to the stability of the nation.

And guess what? His state top income tax rate is the 4th-highest in the country, 5th lowest in unemployment, and their median income is $8,000 above average.

Someone is lying here, and we don't think they're from Minnesota.
