And right on the heels of yesterday...

So California went where the federal government won't go.  It is trying to regulate Fracking, or Earth Rape, in that state.

Note, California and Texas look way different on their coasts.  Of course, apparently Texan's like that look.  No accounting for taste.

Of course Big Oil is going to fight this. We're guessing they haven't bought as many politicians in California as they have in Texas or the Federal Government.

And they hate California because it's so much nicer to live in than Texas or Washington DC.  Envy and money, it's a powerful motivation.
