What? France not classy?

The minor fact that British cyclist Mark Cavendish, who was absolved of wrongdoing in a prior crash, was sprayed with urine by French fans who apparently didn't care just makes us love this unwashed little country all the more.

Especially when put in the light of the quote:

That's one of the beauties of our sport. Anyone can come and watch at the side of the road and enjoy the excitement and really get close to the top riders in the world

Um, yeah.  Beauty was the word we were looking for too.
