Tesla, the iPhone...
What do they have in common?
When customers find problems with the products, the companies say "you're holding it wrong."
Or in the Tesla case, "You're not optimally recharging it."
Which is probably correct, but not really a great excuse. How hard should it be to "optimally recharge it?"
Answer: not that fucking hard.
