Did it seem like a slow news day?

We were watching the embassy in Libya burn due to some jackass fundamentalist filmmaker in LA's exercise in bad judgment.  Seemed like that was pretty important.

But apparently the death of a comic book character was so important to the AP and NYDN that it had to be spoiled before comic readers could possibly be surprised by it.

Dicks.  They're all dicks.
