We see all the sci-fi distopian connections...

To this rumor that Apple is creating a bracelet iPod, controlled by Siri voice commands.

Sure, this smacks of any number of Science Fiction stories where the populace is eventually controlled by bracelets or neckbands that administer pleasure or pain to keep them in check.

But the worst scenario is all those annoying freaks talking to their wrists in public.  The humanity!
