All you proud iPad owners...

Remember that Apple is doing everything it can to make more of you.

And the company in China that Apple uses to manufacture it's bits is doing everythign it can... to keep it's employees from killing themselves.

Including, get this, a Suicide Pledge. Due to an unspeakably large number of suicides, the Chinese company has come up with a new strategy. Yes, workers must sign a pledge not to commit suicide due to the stress and strain of working incredible hours for low pay.  If they fail to live up to the pledge, the pledge guarantees that surviving family members can't sue the company.
