The real difference...

Between the current administration and the prior administration:

Economic indicators are rising yet the conservative (and the irony there is not lost on us) advisement is that it's too early to declare a lasting recovery.

Compare this with the same set of events, had they happened four years ago, and not only would the recovery be claimed as an established fact, God would have mandated it, and our President would have started a new war to celebrate.
