Korea...
Is there anything that shows how ineffectual the United Nations are than the nuclear situation in Korea? Really embarrassing. It's like any day now you expect all those national representatives to just admit they have no power and head home.
It's like Kim Jong-Il is going to sit there and say "Oh my, another UN sanction? Where will I go for Belgium waffles and Pâté?"
