It was 20 years ago today...
Nah, nothing to do with Sgt. Pepper.
The strangest hacking of a TV signal ever, still not topped. We invite you to read about it. But you might want to experience it first, kind of live the event as those who did so originally did before reading the backstory... such as it is.
This is what hacking is about. Not trying to destroy someone's computer remotely or stealing their data. Real hacking was about art, about random genius. It's good to remember that the H word is not always a pejorative.
