This is what we want...

Archos 605 wifi.  Just about every feature of the iPhone, except no phone and a 160gb hard disk.  Touch screen, wifi, web browser, all the popular video formats without the need to do the (that trick never works) iTunes conversion for iPod.  Sure it's not going to have some of the Apple bells and whistles but we're willing to take it 'cuz it's a full featured product with a realistic amount of storage.

Sure it's not the lovely scratchable Apple slick plastics and metals, but frankly we're men, not little girls.

Of course, the thing is sold out everywhere.  Sigh.
