"Mfer I want more iced tea!"
Like we really wan to head our for a nosh with Bill O'Reilly. The guy knows restaurant service. Can't tell you the number of times we've wanted to scream "MFer, this soup is cold!" or "MFer, where's our MFing check! We've got theatre tickets!" The dude knows the lingo to get some attention!
Just like any other restaurant. You have to motivate the wait staff.
