I am Number 2 - Who is Number 1?

Bewitched faced us with the first real mind-blowing actor change in television history: the Darrins.  Midway through the series about a witch who decides to marry and settle in suburbia, the original bewitched husband Dick York had to leave for health reasons.  Dick Sargent stepped into the role without fanfare or explanation.  Fans of the series, especially those in re-runs as most of us experienced them, had to scratch our collective heads and wonder if we were going crazy. 

Today is the birthday of Dick Sargent, unfortunately diseased about 13 years ago, but still trivia question extraordinaire.
