Like so many of you we thrilled to the news that magician/illusionist David Blane would be spending a full week submerged in water inside a glass globe in front of the Lincoln Center in NYC.

That is until we got to the last line in the story: Tubes will give him oxygen and liquid nutrition.

Come on, is that giving the people what they want?
