Silent Bob Writes

We picked up Kevin Smith's Silent Bob Speaks. Not a new book, but one we skipped in hardback expecting to buy when the paper came out.

We should have bought this sooner.

Smith is such an everyman. He's your slacker friend who just happened to have some good ideas and talented friends and spun that into a career as a writer and movie maker. He swears in print like we all do in private. His honesty about himself and his life is so refreshing, it's an affirmation of reality.

We've gushed over Kevin before, we'll not go on as we'll only get repetitive. This is an endorsement that instead of buying that next CD you get to your local book store and buy this instead. Trust us.
