Huey Sauce
Every now and then we have to laugh at the institutionalization of revolutionary thought in the main stream culture. Such is the case with the heirs of Huey P. Newton, notorious Black Panther leader of the 60s.
Apparently they want to trademark "Burn Baby Burn" a slogan of the Panthers that evoked both an emotional state and the physical state of buildings in a revolution. But why trademark it? So it can be used to market a new hot sauce.
Huey took three
bullets in the head from a crack dealer's gun in
Oakland CA back in 1989. It's a sure thing
that he'd prefer that to this. Frankly we're still
waiting for "It
is better to die on your feet than to live on your
knees"
Swiffer
floor sweepers.
