Return of Raul?
You haven't heard from him in a while. Well, we're likely to be taking some time off over the holiday and letting him manage the site while we're gone.
Of course he's able to manage the site in the same fashion W is managing the war, which is to say he's aware that he's supposed to do something about it, but it's not a terribly organized awareness...
We can only hope he does *slightly* less damage.
