TLA of DOOM

One of the least pleasant things on the internet isn't porn, or vulgarity.  It's that god-damn PDF. Nothing says "stop what your doing" more than hitting a crappy link to a PDF document. Hey, let us launch this bug ridden piece of crap viewer and kill your momentum while we show you a document we weren't smart enough to convert to a reasonable web format. 

The real problem is that there's no warning, just BANG, you're dead while we load the viewer and then the document and serve the whole thing up in your browser.  And there's no way to kill the damn thing - it fucking takes over and even your back button is frozen.  Gee, THANKS ADOBE!

Just say no kiddies - let's keep the web safe and fast.
