The penguin is a terrorist
OK, we'll draw the conclusion that apparently nobody in the press wants to draw. The MYDOOM virus sets computers up to attack the SCO web site. To anyone with half a brain this is obviously some LINUX hacker with a mad-on about the SCO Group's lawsuit against LINUX manufacturers. For those of you who don't get it, SCO owns UNIX and they claim some of their code is illegally used in LINUX. Now if SCO is right, they have every right to go after the thieves. If they're wrong, well, they'll be counter sued for damages of course - that's the way it works boys and girls. The upshot here is that it looks like some LINUX zealot(s) can't stand to have their holier-than-thou platform threatened and apparently have no faith in winning in court. Hmmm. Wonder why they don't have faith in winning in court?
Makes you wonder about all those
other viruses, and the number of LINUX promoters
writing viruses to attack the competition. Again,
use those half-brains to their full advantage...

By the way, SCO has posted a $250,000 reward for info on the author of MYDOOM. Could throw quite a party with that much cash folks. Now's the time to turn in that sweaty fat guy with bad hygiene who keeps bragging about bein th' masta haka. |
