WHAM-O! Another Lawsuit!
The toy manufacturer of the "Slip-N-Slide" have filed a lawsuit to get Dickie Roberts: Former Child Actor out of theatres. Apparently they dislike the misuse of their product in the movie!
Don't these guys ever learn? The movie was going to die a natural death in days, but now they've guaranteed curious filmgoers will check out what all the hubbub is about. Does Fox News own Wham-o too?
Of course, Slip-n-Slide sales are probably up too, along with Wesson Oil. So perhaps everyone wins on this one?
