Hey! DMV! Take a clue from the Mouse!
Autopia requires drivers "be at least as tall as Mickey's hand" to ride. When is the DMV going to wise up and put one of those mice into practice in qualifying for drivers licenses?
Nothing scarier than seeing some bigass SUV riding your bumper apparently being driven by a toupee with hands.
